Vision

The Cardano Lightning initiative wants to bring the power of lightning (opens in a new tab) to Cardano.

Story

The initial team met at the excellent Cardano Buidler Fest #1 (opens in a new tab). They had a shared prior interest in tailoring L2s to meet specific use cases with subbit.xyz (opens in a new tab) and Marlowe (opens in a new tab) signed inputs.

Over beers and burger, Cardano Lightning was born.

• Professional experience: 15 years in software development. North American Start-ups operating in Health/Wearable, Ad and Fin Tech industry.
• Cardano experience: More than 3 years. Delivered on Cardano Mainnet: ICO Mechanism, an audited Smart Contract for World Mobile. Member of Marlowe Team.
